Although "crazy hat day" occurred the day before, Emile Laporte (cq camp), 6, chose to keep his spiked style going Thursday during morning activities at the PLACE (Pasco Learning & Activity Centers of Enrichment) Program at Longleaf Elementary in New Port Richey.
