PT_314383_FITT_windmil_1 (11/06/2009 Port Richey) Dave Graham is lowered into place with a safety harness to remove the last remaining crane strap after installing this windmill on the back of Bob Lyons' Port Richey home Friday morning. It is a Helix Wind turbine that will save Lyons money on his electric bill, and he will receive various tax rebates to offset the cost of installing it.
